Application forms for Information Tables are due in the
Iowa Pride Network office by April 1, 2010
There is limited space available for groups to exhibit their resources and materials concerning their LGBT college and university organizations. Tables are approximately 6’ X 1 ½’ and will have electrical hook-up if requested.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis as capacity is limited. For college and universities there will be NO tabling fee. Please observe the following:
- All organizations are responsible for their own set-up and tear-down. Organizations are asked to have their respective tables set up by 9:45 a.m. and torn down by 4:00 p.m.
- Lunch will be provided to organization representatives.
- It is requested that no more than three organization representatives attend as conference materials and resources are limited.
- Organization Representatives must register for the conference.
